A Classical Pilates Studio in the heart of Southsea teaching group mat classes, reformer classes, private trainings and workshops.
Founded by Amy Kellow - an International presenter and 2nd generation teacher - Amy received her training with Pilates Elder Jay Grimes.
All teachers at Everybody Pilates are trained by Amy and provide a consistently high level of teaching.
