I'm a holistic therapist and offer various different treatments that help to heal body and mind. My treatments include flower energy healing, reiki, animal reiki, relaxation sessions, aromatherapy consultations, and angel therapy. A short description of each treatment is below for your information.

Flower Energy Healing
This is a new holistic energy healing treatment is similar to reiki but is based on nature's healing abilities using fresh flowers to help heal body and mind. This beautiful treatment may include a flower meditation, aura stroking, chakra balancing and suggestions on which flowers to use and how to use them.
Session up to an hour - £40

Reiki
This is a Japanese holistic, complementary light touch / no touch therapy treatment of relaxation and stress reduction but has many other benefits as well for the mind and body. It balances the flow of energy in and around the body, enhancing and promoting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Free flowing energy allows the body to return to a vibrant positive state of health.

Distance energy healing
Flower energy healing or reiki distance healing available to anyone, anywhere in the world.
20 minutes - £15

Animal Reiki
Treat your pet (cat, dog or other small animal) to a relaxing reiki treatment. There is an additional travel cost if you life outside Newcastle upon Tyne.

Relaxation Session
The sessions help aid relaxation and leave the body more calm and focused. It can help physical symptoms such as aches and pains and helps you cope with life's ups and downs. The sessions include various techniques such as deep breathing exercises, visualisation, mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation, body scanning, and guided meditation.

Aromatherapy Consultations
I can help advise and treat various conditions such as arthritis, stress, insomnia by providing advice on essential oils and an essential oil recipe blend that you can try.

Angel Therapy
I offer spiritual guidance and angel therapy. I'm a qualified Angel Therapy Practitioner and can help with contacting your guardian angels, cord cutting etc.
