ETHOS The Ultimate Yoga Fitness Hybrid offers a variety of classes taught by experts which include Hot Yoga,TRX, Cycling and Barre.

Uniquely, all classes are heated to enhance cardio benefits, detox and discipline of the mind. It’s part of the mission to redefine fitness in yoga terms bringing depth to the idea of “working out”. Classes run Monday – Sunday from 7am - 9pm. Also on offer are scientific tests such as: Genetic Analysis for Diet & Fitness, Food Sensitivity, Body Toxicity, Hormonal Stress Levels, Bone Density and more.
