Essential Fitness Training is a health and fitness business dedicated to women, because women face unique challenges, both physical and mental, that can stand in the way of them reaching their fitness potential. My approach is tough, but energetic and most importantly fun. My programs are tried-and-tested with discerning London clients - I know that combined with the right nutrition, a program incorporating both cardiovascular and weight-training will achieve the leaner, more toned body shape that many women are seeking.
