Essential Energy Theatre School

For your attention ALL our dance teachers hold dance teaching qualifications with the International Dance Teachers' Association. None of our students will be taught by unqualified staff. The school is fully covered for public liability insurance, all music is licensed and all staff are CRB checked (now officially called DBS).

Here at Essential Energy we aim to Dance, Sing, Act and have fun in all our classes! Which include: Musical Theatre, Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Theatre Craft, Freestyle, Cheerleading, Street Dance including a Boys Only Zone!

Classes are available from 2 1/2 years upwards, adults included. These are held Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4.30pm to 9pm with prices starting at £3.50, we also offer various methods of payment to suit all circumstances.
We produce an annual production at the Pomegranate Theatre which is always a fantastic night to remember (not your everyday dance school show!)and we also encourage our students to participate in regular IDTA examinations .We still hold a 100% pass rate with our latest marks reaching 94%!
We aim to work hard whilst having fun and strive to be the best we can be!
