Founded by Jack Taylor in 1957 with only 7 cars, Enterprise is now an internationally recognised brand. Taylor looked round his office one day and saw a handful of co-workers fielding phone calls, calculating rates and prepping cars. But he saw something else too. He saw people doing ordinary, everyday things with extraordinary passion and focus. He saw people willing to go well beyond their own jobs to get the whole job done right … people who believed in his vision and made it their own. Thus, the foundation was laid – superior customer service.

Enterprise currently operate more than 6,500 rental offices in five countries, with a rental car fleet of more than 120 different makes and models. In 1995 we opened our first on-site airport location, and we now operate in 230 airport locations throughout the US, Canada, the UK, Germany and Ireland.

Opening up its first UK branch in Reading in 1994, Enterprise currently have over 370 UK locations, with a fleet of over 50,000 vehicles.
