Enjoy Yourself

I set up Enjoy Yourself after reaching a point in my life where I wasn’t enjoying myself very much – and that had to change!

My lightbulb moment came on a Love Yourself Heal your Life workshop with Jane Matthews. I was not familiar with Louise Hay’s work and it was a revelation to me. I found that I could use the tools to make positive changes in my life very quickly. I had the power within me to think differently and to start immediately. I benefited from the work and enjoyed it so much that I decided to share it with others. I trained to be a Love Youself Heal Your Life leader with Patricia Crane. I am licenced to run Love Yourself Heal your Life workshops based on Louise Hay’s work. The workshops are small, supportive and inclusive. You can choose to take what you find most useful from the work.

I am still using the techniques in my own life and I enjoy passing on these skills to others. I have also recently set up Eastbourne’s first Laughter Club where I invite people to laugh, let go and have fun every Wednesday evening.
