You will get 100% full attention in every training session as well as a new training program every time that is tailor-made specifically to your goals, needs and history – this will keep you motivated, challenged and engaged.

I am here to motivate, guide and train you using protocols that are rooted in foundation and personalized around YOU – so that you reach you’re maximum effort and goals.

Cost – it’s cheaper because you are sharing the session with 3-6 others (who you may or may not know)
Motivation and Support – it’s fun to share your fitness journey with others and easier to be awesome with the support of a trainer AND other people
Prime Time – a chance to get into see a trainer at a prime time spot that is usually full
Semi-private personal training involves smart training sessions that are 30 minutes in length. All workouts are balanced: they target every area of your body, burn more calories, build your total body strength, improve your stamina and help you become more athletic.

Every session is based on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and focuses on flexibility, balance and core as well as specific strength movements to help you gain lean muscle and ignite your metabolism for burning unwanted fat.
