Re-energise! Body Rock will take your cardio to the next level by involving some hip shaking, shimmying with high impact moves to a variety of music from Zumba, Bollywood and Modern Music.

Rejuvenated ! Next we strengthen and tone the whole body focusing on legs, bums and tums.

Relaxation ! Deep stretches with yoga moves and gentle visualisation that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Let your mind go as you experience total relaxation during the last part of the class.

Body Conditioning with Legs, Bums & Tums
A fitness and strength workout using a mixture of low impact exercises. Real focus on toning those problem areas us women suffer with. Strengthen those abs muscles and the spinal region.

Personal Training
We all feel the challenges of time pressures .... With a Personal Trainer you are guaranteed to get the best return for the time and money you invest in your fitness and well being.
As a PT my aim is to make the experience fun, highly motivating and effective. You will be worked hard and you will see and feel the results. I will work closely with you, monitor your progress and ensure we achieve your personal fitness goals.
We will also focus on breathing, centering ourselves and calming the mind.
