About
My designs are unique and some can be complex meaning that not all nail designs will cost the same. Please specify before your appointment if you would like a bespoke design and I can let you know what the additional cost will be. Please bear in mind that I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible.

Maintenance
I would suggest coming for a removal/reapplication of gel polish every 3 weeks. If your gel polish has a lift or a chip, please do NOT be tempted to pick it off your nails as this will cause lots of damage to the nail plate! Please come to me for proper removal of the product or I will send you instructions so that you can do it at home safely.

Location
I have a home based salon in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased in any amount and are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Please let me know if you have a gift voucher when booking an appointment.

Payment
I can accept cash or cheque payments in the salon.

Repairs
In the unlikely event of a repair being needed, please contact me and I will do my best to fit you in ASAP. Repairs within 7 days are free of charge (at my discretion) repairs after this will cost £3 per nail. Please ensure you are following the correct aftercare advice to minimise breakages and damage.

Location
I have a home based salon and my address will be sent to you once an appointment has been made.

�Cancellations�
Due to a number of last minute cancellations and no shows over the last few months, please can you ensure that you notify me as soon as possible if you cannot attend as I may be able to fill the appointment with another client. I have an online booking system that will send you a confirmation email for your appointment and a text and email reminder 24 hours before your appointment time.

Additional Information
I am a fully qualified and insured nail technician using top quality products. I use 100% gel polish which is NOT the same as Shellac. It is guaranteed for 2-3 weeks of wear when following correct aftercare advice.
Please also be aware that I will not work over anybody else's work as I need to see the condition of the natural nail before starting any treatment.

My clients health & safety is my number 1 priority, sanitation and hygiene are always most important. For manicures and pedicures I offer disposable foot files, toe separators, and sterilise my implements after every treatment. I also offer a hygienic alternative to traditional electric foot spa baths, which can serve as breeding grounds for bacteria and germs. Enchanted Nails pedicure bowls are fitted with a brand new disposable liner per client, and all other equipment is thoroughly disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant.
