Helen Fisher

I am a Spiritual Mentor and Coach working with the age old secret of The Law of Attraction which focuses on how you are creating consciously or unconsciously your own reality. I help you to look at old belief systems that may be limiting you in your life and then help you to consciously create what experiences you want knowingly.

My background into coaching comes from 2 lots of training I did firstly in 2004 and then again some performance coaching in 2010. Also I have used many of these techniques in my own life to break through old conditioning, beliefs etc and finding the freedom to be who I am and live out the purpose I came here for. Through breaking through all of the limiting beliefs I was able to tap into the true inner me again as that is how we all enter the world, like a blank canvas. Its about living your truth and not what others require of you.

I have spent years practicing and studying topics to do with Metaphysics, healing, the mind and spirituality as well as experiencing a method of conforming to the external world which collectively we have all created.

I am also a Reiki Master and Teacher offering healing sessions and attunements.

Reiki pronounced (ray-key) is Japanese for "universal life energy" and promotes natural healing. When your natural energy flows uninterrupted there is a real sense of well being bringing about balance and harmony, this is what Reiki achieves. Reiki can help the body physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and is not governed by any specific belief system.
I started practicing Reiki in 2004 and continue to flourish with my practice and enjoy seeing the impact that Reiki has on my clients as well as myself.
