Emma Ventress Doula

I am a birth and postnatal doula working in Ripon, Harrogate and surrounding areas. I have a passion for helping women discover their inner goddess and to trust their instincts in all areas of their parenting journey.

As a doula, I offer emotional, informational and practical support to you and your family. I am not an expert and am always learning something new.

I will support your birth choices and help you prepare for your big day! If you are at a crossroads, I will provide up to date, evidence based information to help you make an informed decision.

I am a huge fan of babywearing, breastfeeding, bedsharing and baby - led weaning; but I also believe every mother knows best for her baby and I will support you in every way.

I am a new doula and my fee's reflect this but are not set in stone.
For a full birth package my fee is £350.00. This includes 2 visits during pregnancy (2 hours each), I will be on call for you starting 2 weeks before your due date, I will be with you throughout your labour and birth and for as long as you need me afterwards; and 2 postnatal visits (2 hours each).

I also offer just postnatal visits for £10.00 per hour.
