Emma P Exercise classes and Personal Training

Hi!
I am a Qualified Fitness Instructor offering various classes in Foston (Lincolnshire). I aim to my make the classes friendly, fun and to work the whole body. Anyone of any age, gender, and fitness levels can take part and will be made very welcome..
Full Body Workout Classes using body weight exercises are on Mondays 9:30 till 10:30am at Foston Village Hall.
Bootcamps are Thursdays 7:30pm till 8:30pm here at Foston.
I also offer Personal Training either on a one to one basis or group sessions.
