Elmwood House is a traditionally built stone villa situated in a quiet Conservation Area within easy walking distance to the town centre, Pitlochry Festival Theatre and all local amenities. The front terrace is south facing with lovely open views over the hills. A perfect place to relax!

We have two first-floor apartments, each can comfortably accommodate 2 people and are very similar in design and décor, the main difference is that Tummel has twin beds, Tay has a double bed.
