10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday

Phone Lines & Reception:
9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday

Viewing Times (No Appointment Required):
2pm to 4pm Monday to Saturday

Bank Holidays:
10am to 2pm

Sundays:
Closed

We are now open for 1 hour – 11am to 12 on Sundays for the collection of animals ONLY (By prior arrangement)

In certain circumstances we will allow a customer to Collect or Deliver their animals outside of our opening hours and an out of hours surcharge will be added to the account. This is by prior arrangement with the Manager ONLY.

PLEASE KINDLY RESPECT OUR OPENING HOURS, WE DO HAVE STAFF LIVING ON SITE WHO CARRY OUT CHECKS ON THE ANIMALS DURING THE NIGHT BUT WE DO NOT RUN A 24 HOUR SERVICE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.
