A dual family owned butchers.

Gareth & Nicola Doherty and Greg & Jenny Strolenberg came together in 2014 to open the award winning Lavenham Butchers. In 2016 we made the decision to re-open Elmswell Butchers to ensure the business remained a butchers for the people of Elmswell and the surrounding areas.

Being devoted to supporting local farmers we source all the best quality, high welfare beef, pork, chicken, lamb & game. Both Gareth & Greg are qualified deerstalkers and can guarantee that all the venison is wild, fresh and very local.

Our sister shop in Lavenham has a very busy kitchen. Using great tasting, fresh ingredients means that we can offer our customers (in both shops) a tasty range of handmade meat pies, pork pies, scotch eggs, sausage rolls & quiches.
