Elle's Taylor'd Fitness

Hey, my name is Ellen Taylor (Elle for short.)

I have been very much into my sports and fitness from a very young age; like most little girls I started with ballet and tap dancing classes and it slowly escalated from there.
I have enjoyed many other sports and classes throughout the years such as athletics and swimming; which I competed in and have won a variety of medals.

My current passion is for gymnastics having competed for the first time in the 2008 Veterans competition; and to my amazement I came away with a bronze medal.

Now i'm not going to say that keeping on top of fitness has been easy ...
I'm just like anyone else out there, I've had my up's and down's, injuries and days when I question the thought of doing a workout.

I've heard excuses varying from 'I'm too tired' to my personal favorite 'It's too cold' which makes no sense at all because exercise warms you up and gets you fitter and stronger at the same time.

But here I am today ... A fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer aiming to help other achieve your dream body.
