Jodi Nicholson, Elizabeth Grace Design's founder, has been working within the hairdressing industry for 13 years. Having began her career as an apprentice she went on to train as a hair lecturer, assessor and quality assurer. Her eye for design detail led Jodi to complete floristry, wedding and event management diplomas and regularly indulges herself in the tranquillity of flower arranging, complimenting hair styles and adding finishing touches to venues. Jodi ensures there is continuing development within the company which enables Elizabeth Grace Design to be up to date with innovative designs, trends and colour pallets.
