FUN FRESH AIR FITNESS!

First and foremost we are a fitness class but what separates us from the rest is that we are a military style fitness class conducted in the great outdoors. Our two instructors are currently serving members of the British Army. You will be provided with unique fitness of the highest order. Run 52 weeks of the year come rain or shine.

At elite army fitness we cater for all ages and levels of fitness, so please don’t be put off by any misconceptions that only the fittest must apply. We will push you to achieve your personal fitness goals and most of all we will ensure you have a fun time in doing so. So come down, get fit and have a great time. We look forward to meeting you.

Olly.
With 6 years serving within the Army Olly has deployed on multiple overseas exercises/operations. most recent 3 years have been as a Physical Training Instructor his role has been to transform junior phase 1 recruits from fresh faced civilian teenagers into fully trained professional soldiers.

Conor.
With 6 years with the elite British Army Parachute Regiment he has deployed on numerous overseas exercises/operations. He now fulfils the role as a P Company instructor training the next generation of elite airborne soldiers.
