A) I offer 1-2-1 consultations (1 hour) during which time we will discuss your health needs and goals and devise appropriate lifestyle changes.

After your first consultation I can devise you your own personal meal/nutrition plan to help with your specific requirements.

Consultations are charged at £30.

B) Elisehealth also offers a £20/month membership scheme.

Everyone has access to my FREE Elisehealth page along with my FREE Get Healthy and Achieve Your Goals Group.

MEMBERS benefit from having online support from me. You can contact by message or telephone and ask any relevant questions that you have. In return I will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours with your personalised reply.
