My name is Vince Laurella and I’m the owner of EELEVEN.

I’ve been working as an estate agent in the Leytonstone area since 1999. In fact, E11 is the only place I’ve been an estate agent – I love the neighbourhood and I can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather have a business.

Since starting out at the tender age of 16, I’ve sold over 1,000 homes in Leytonstone and helped countless people move into, around and out of the town at pretty much every stage of their lives: first time buyers, young couples moving in together, growing families, downsizers and right through to retirees.

To me it’s an honour when someone asks me to sell their property: whether it’s a small studio flat above a shop or a great big detached house on Bushwood, everyone deserves the very best in customer service.

One of my strongest beliefs is that homeowners should be able to choose how long they stick with their estate agent based purely on how satisfied they are, and not from being tied into a long contract with penalty clauses. When you choose EELEVEN, you choose us for as long as YOU are happy.
