Situated in an ideal location in Newquay and close to the beach, Edge 17 offers a state of the art destination for a group or large family holiday.

Featuring colourful and contemporary interior, the house is decorated to a very high standard with state of the art facilities throughout including a fantastic cinema room. Guests are welcome to enjoy free Wi-Fi and private parking outside the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all self catering essentials and has a breakfast bar that seats nine at one end of the room. There is additional space for dining in a separate dining area with a large table and seating for twelve. The lounge is styled with unique furnishings and has comfortable sofas set around a wall mounted TV for entertainment.

This house has the extra bonus of having its own, private cinema room and stylish outdoor hot tub.

The house has eight beautifully presented and uniquely designed bedrooms including 3 bunk rooms. There are also super comfy sofa beds, four doubles and a twin room.

All beds are made up with high quality bed linens and towels are provided for your arrival. There are a number of bathrooms in the house with double showers and there is a large free standing bath tub to soak in.

Travel cot can be provided upon request. Please let us know if you need anything for your stay and we can arrange this for you.

Check in is 4:30pm and check out is 10:30am. Late check out is available for an additional charge, bookable in advance.
