Situated on the outskirts of St Austell, the house is perfect for excursions to Eden Project, Charlestown, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Porthpean beach is 2 miles away.

With panoramic views, this spacious home has 3 generous double bedrooms and 3 cosy twin bedrooms, so the house can sleep up to 12 adults and 2 babies. One of the twin rooms is on the ground floor with an adjacent toilet. All double bedrooms have space for a travel cot, which we can provide if needed. There's room for 3 cars in the driveway, and a lockable garage for storing your dinghies and golf clubs.

We pride ourselves in maintaining high standards and offering a personal service. Upon arrival you will receive either a traditional Cornish cream tea or breakfast pack. You can book discounted Eden Project tickets with us, we can unpack shopping orders, order birthday cakes. We can even arrange hire of a hot tub! With beautiful, large and private gardens for you to enjoy, everything is available so you can arrive and relax.
