Fitness Classes:
Monday: 9:30 Legs, Bums and Tums, Body Pump 7pm and Body Combat 8pm- all at Strathaven Sports Centre
Wednesday: 10am Legs, Bums and Tums, 11am Body Combat both at the Dollan, 6:30pm Spin Nuffield EK, 7:20 Powerhoop John Wright Sports Centre
Friday: Powerhoop 7pm Avondale Church (NEXT Sainsburys) Strathaven
Saturday: 9:15 Body Combat, 10:15 Body Pump both at Jock Stein

ALL classes through the council you don't need to be a member to come along so everyone members/non members welcome. ALSO ALL classes don't need to be booked in advanced just come along.
