East Ham Leisure Centre's modernisation programme includes:

* Access to your own personal fitness training programme on each piece of equipment, as well as exceptional entertainment options, with iPod/iPhone and Android integration and internet connectivity.

* A brand new group cycling studio with 17 bikes for spinning sessions led by specialist trainers.

* Refurbished and redecorated health suite, with new showers and a completely rebuilt sauna cabin.

* New changing facilities, with new showers and improved fittings in the changing areas. The disabled changing rooms have also been extensively upgraded.
