East Grinstead Motor Show 2017 - 8th & 9th July

Motor Show Weekend Coming to East Grinstead

A team of Radio Presenters from local community station Meridian FM are well underway with plans to organise the towns first ever new car and motorcycle show on 8th & 9th July 2017.

The team Graham Roche-Motuel, Peter Sonneveld, Westley Waller and Sam Roche-Motuel run a popular weekly show on a Tuesday called Meridian Motoring which follows a different motoring based topic every week. Interviews taken from the show can be found on many websites around the UK motor industry. It will be run over a weekend during the day and feature an extravaganza of things to keep you interested. Meridian FM Roadshow will be on hand which will be compered by the Meridian Motoring Radio Team, a small stage will bring a few local bands to play for the public during the day including Euphoria, The Jive Aces and a Caribbean Steel Band. A central arena will play host to displays from local groups and clubs such as Urban City’s Street Dance Show, it will also hold an hourly show called ‘In The Headlights’ where vehicles from different market sectors around the show are brought into the arena to be discussed by a known motoring expert.

This will be a fantastic new car and motorcycle show with some great music, food, side stalls, kids rides and family entertainment with a Mammoth Raffle to be held on the Sunday, proceeds will be split between Jigsaw South East, Allergy UK and the Henry Surtees Foundation.
