Earls Hall Fisheries

Earls Hall Fisheries is a new and exclusive, pre booking carp and catfish day ticket fishing complex which has an impressive collection of carp and wels catfish just waiting to put your skills to the test. The fishery comprises of two lakes at present, a Catfish only lake of just under an acre in size and the newly constructed 6 acre carp lake.

The fishery is run on a pre booked ticket basis, we do not allow anglers to just turn up and fish. All anglers must book in advance by using the booking form on the contact page.

The 6 acre Top Lake has been stocked with a mixture of young mirror and common carp to over 22lb which have a lot of growing to do and will achieve some very good weights. To boost the stocking levels further we have some very pretty big scaled mirror carp arriving later this year from Heather Fisheries and another batch planned for the year after. To add to the impressive carp stocks we are making plans for a giant Wels Catfish in the region of 100lbs, keep an eye on the site for more details. The Top Lake has a selection of barked swims including three doubles so even with an average of 10 anglers fishing at time, there is still plenty of room for a change of plan.

The Catfish Lake was stocked with the awesome fighting Wels Catfish a few years ago and from then on they have rapidly gained weight every year. The catfish now reach over 40lb and with a very impressive stocking level the action can, at times, be rather arm aching. The Catfish Lake is reed lined with a selection of Norfolk reeds and Rushes with some overhanging willow trees, making it the perfect intimate Catfish Lake. This lake has a maximum of 3 anglers fishing at a time with 1 double swim and a 2 single swims.
