In these classes you will be learning tactical self defence techniques from the world’s largest and most professional Krav Maga organisation. There is no other martial art that prepares its students for 21st century self defence better than Krav Maga. From avoidance and de-escalation to real world fighting techniques and weapons disarms, Dynamic Defence Krav Maga will teach you to defend yourself from any position and in any circumstance.

Dynamic Defence Krav Maga is not only a highly efficient self defence system, it is a brilliant confidence builder with a friendly atmosphere, it is a fun and exiting way to stay in shape and it is an excellent stress reliever after a hard days work.

Ages 18+ of any experience level welcome.

One-to-One sessions

one-to-one with your instructor is the best way of ensuring that you get the most from your lessons. Tailored to your wants and needs you will find you progress much faster as you will concentrate on the areas that you most need improvement or feel that you would benefit from more instruction.

An excellent option for new students that would like to build confidence before joining the main classes or regular students to sharpen existing skills.
