The Health & Social Care division of Dutton Recruitment is comprised of a team of dedicated and experienced staff all of whom have a background in the sector. Our vetting procedure includes enhanced CRB / Disclosure Scotland checks, an account of full working history, experience & qualifications, a minimum of 5 years referencing and an in-depth face to face interview. Our Health & Social Care teams are dedicated to improving the level of service we provide which is why we carry out regular service visits to existing clients, undertake frequent reviews and appraisals of our temporary staff, provide ongoing training free of charge and develop Service Level Agreements stipulated by our clients to ensure we work in a way which is most conducive to them.
