Our small family run business is our own little haven of unique craziness where we can push the boundaries and challenge the norm, our only hope is that you enjoy what we create as much as we enjoy the creation of the pieces.



Working Policies & Returns



Our policy and method of working -

* initial contact & enquiry made, quotation sent out with an estimation of lead time via email.
* you will receive an email from us with your invoice outlining sizes & quantities, colours and requirements of items and most importantly spellings of any chosen text.
* you need to check the attached invoice for the correct spelling and details of any personalised items. (The most important part of the process) If any amendments need to be made its crucial you do so at this point.
* the choice of payment method is bank transfer or paypal. Payment confirms your happy with your order and that all spelling is correct.
* once your items are started, any amendments you wish to make will be at a cost yourself.

Depending on work load and our stock levels of clothing, the time scale for completion of your items will vary, an estimate will be given at quotation stage, should you have an urgent order please outline this at initial contact so we can do our best to try and help.



Returns

Due to the nature of all our items being custom made we triple check everything to ensure quality and longevity.

Should you find any fault with our work we will fix the fault as long as we're notified, with pictures of the item and packaging within 24 hours of your receipt of goods and receive the item back within 10 days of the item being posted out.

*we track ALL our outgoing mail.

Constant friction or rubbing can and will over a period cause crystals to come away from your clothing.
