David Watts

I was born and educated in the Canterbury area and have always been an active person with a love of the outdoors.

In school I took part in most sports and represented my school at football, cricket and basketball. Outside of School I played cricket and football for my local village and the ATC.

I first gained qualifications in fitness and health in 2004 and worked for Bannatynes Health Clubs as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and fitness & health manager, I also taught classes on a regular basis at Body & Mind, now LSF Canterbury.

After a short spell in H.M armed forces which was cut short by injury I worked at DW Sports Fitness as fitness Instructor and freelanced as a studio class instructor.

When not at LSF I also work for Herbalife UK distributor of natural supplements and various wellness products, a global company originating from the USA.
I am sure my time at LSF will be a long and successful experience and look forward to instructing clients and changing your lives.
