Corporate programmes offer a comprehensive suite of day-to-day Occupational Performance HR activities and workplace counselling services designed to preserve and enhance our client’s shareholder value; Business Consultancy, Performance Coaching, Workplace Counselling – Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), Redundancy Counselling, Workplace Mediation, and Bespoke well-being workshops, for businesses in the UK.

Private programmes provide executive families and individuals with easy access to; Integrative Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – CBT , Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing – EMDR and Coaching. Whether we focus on personal issues, mental health condition(s), career development, goal achievement, change management and/or work-life balance, we work alongside you and your needs.

CPD programmes are aligned to promote education and/or training for company employees, counsellors and other professional therapists. Providing a source of information on Continuous Personal Development offering: professional supervision, DSA specialist mentoring and delivering bespoke CPD workshops.
