I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist in private practice in central Lincolnshire. I offer specialist one-to-one treatment for many psychological difficulties including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and disordered eating. I work with adults aged 17+, using evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I also offer supervision, training and consultation.
