Down2Earth Fitness

We meet at The Vale Primary School car park at 9.30am every Sunday morning before heading up onto the Downs. Cost is £7 per session - just pay as you go. All fitness levels welcome from age 16 years+.

Each class lasts for one hour in which time you will get the opportunity to experience a huge variety of body-weight exercises in a fun outdoor environment.

We promote fitness, fun and fresh air - rain, wind, snow and sleet doesn't put us off! However, if we consider the ground conditions to be unusable for a safe session, we have the option of using the school hall.
