Terms & Conditions

> A £50 non refundable deposit is payable on booking to hold your date for any booking.
Outstanding balance due 4 weeks prior to your event.
If the balance is unpaid after the due by date, it will be presumed that the booking is cancelled and it will be within the company’s rights to rebook the cart/stand for another celebration.

> You are required to check with your venue that a sweet cart is allowed at the venue as refunds cannot be made once the deposit has been paid

> We do cover a wide area with our equipment, however, we are based in the RG21 area (Basingstoke) and will deliver for free within a 20 mile radius of this area. Outside of the 20 mile radius there is a 50p per mile travel fee

> Doveys Occasions cannot be held responsible for any allergies, intolerances or choking on the sweets, bags or wrappers that we provide. Products may contain traces of allergens and additives that may cause allergies/intolerances. All sweet ingredients will be listed on request with each order

> Doveys Occasions can NOT be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of equipment, consumables or the consumption of confectionery left at the celebration location.

> Please be aware that if you do request the removal of all nut products, some sweets may still contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils in them. They may also have been in contact with other products and sweets containing nuts and/or nut oils prior to us purchasing them. Doveys Occasions cannot be held responsible for this in any way

> Food allergy and Intolerance Information – Please be aware that some of our products may contain allergens.Please do not hesitate to ask us for details and we will be more than happy to advise you. Although we are able to provide you with all allergen information with regards to the ingredients of sweets we are however unable to guarantee that they have been handled and packaged in an allergen free environment prior to us purchasing them. We are able to provide all allergy advice for all our products upon request and will display the advice where necessary. Doveys Occasions cannot be held responsible for any allergies/intolerance issues.

> Doveys Occasions recommend adult supervision at all times when giving sweets to younger children and around our equipment as they are designed for adult use and are not toys

> It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that, under no circumstances, is the cart to be moved during the celebration by anybody other than Doveys Occasions. This has resulted in the past with broken glassware and damage to the cart.

> You are responsible for all items whilst you are hiring them and are responsible for any damages or losses whilst the equipment is in your posession

> Cancellations result in the loss of the deposit made at the time of booking

> Doveys Occasions reserve the right to take photographic images of the cart at your event and use them for marketing purposes

Acceptance of Terms

> By placing an order for any goods or services by paying a deposit to Doveys Occasions you are deemed to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
