Dotty & Gray is just little old me (Steph) making personalised prints-canvases-invitations and anything else you can design on a computer.
I have a little boy (Graysen) and a better half (Liam) who is involved in the website & all things technical...
I started LEA by chance for friends & family, then the orders came from people I didn't know (ahhhhhh) and Love Ever After was born!!

The process-
Once you see a style of print you like/ have a crazy idea in you head.. message me! - I guarantee I have always had weirder/ruder/crazier ideas so don't worry :)

Then once we have design sorted I send invoice... After 7 working days of the invoice being paid we send 'proof of print'.

At this point ANY amount of amendments can be made... YOU MUST CHECK ALL SPELLING & dates as these cannot be changed after print without a cost to yourself.

*style cannot be changed once proof has been sent*

Then once your happy I print!

We then post second class signed for - p&p is £1.50 for the photographic paper prints :) over a4 size are sent in durable tubes!

If by any chance your parcel becomes lost in the lovely Royal Mail system we require 14 working days to deal with this due to Royal Mails procedures.

*WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE POSTAGE ADDRESS ON PAYPAL IS INCORRECT*

All orders are sent to address on invoice & cannot be sent elsewhere.
