At Donnelly’s we use ‘frozen-at-sea’ fish which is filleted and frozen within four hours of being caught. This ensures the full flavour and freshness of the fish. Fish is prepared on site daily to guarantee quality and taste in every portion.
Locally sourced and farmed potatoes are key at Donnelly’s. Generally Maris Piper, known for their crispy coating and soft/fluffy inside creating a perfect chip. At times of the year when Maris Piper are not available, we strive to use varieties that have been specifically grown to produce great tasting chips.
