Dogs Unleashed

A new venture beckons after 22 year’s service in the police force. Having been fortunate enough to have parents who were dog lovers, I have from an early age been in the company of dogs. I soon recognised my passion & interest in dogs and went on to appreciate many different breeds. I have owned several dogs of varying breeds including 2 German Shepherds, a Boxer, 2 Spaniels, and a Hungarian Vizsla.

Now I am fortunate enough to be able to put my passion and knowledge gained over the years with these dogs into a new venture as a dog walker/ dog sitter. I intend to offer an exemplary service, taking care of your dog’s needs as I appreciate what a dog means to its owner.

I have acquired an excellent five cage fully equipped ex police dog van, which is fully air conditioned for all its canine passengers. As a member of NARPS, you can rest assured you dog will receive the best attention and care. I am fully insured and dog first aid trained.

On our first walk, it would be appreciated if the owner & myself could take the dog out together. This will enable me to familiarise myself with the dog and for the dog to feel comfortable in my presence. This will also allow your dog to gain my trust with you, the owner present, which I feel is very important. We can also cover any questions which you may have at this point.

I will try to minimise the time your dog spends travelling and maximise the time walking, running or sniffing.

All dogs will be secure in their own fully air conditioned cage, unless owners of multiple dogs from the same household state otherwise.

To add to the experience and stimulation of your dog, I will try to vary the venues your dog visits. I will not walk more than four dogs with me at any time and will make sure they will receive my full attention.
