Keep Calm and Come to Cornwall!

Privately owned well equipped holiday caravan available to rent from March to late October 2016.

The caravan is sited on the hillside above the picture postcard fishing village of Polperro (near Looe), on the Killigarth Manor Holiday Park. Polperro village, Talland Bay and the Coastal Foot Path are within walking distance. You may wish to explore locally – Looe,The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan or venture further into Poldark Country, for example Minions Moor. A “big day out” down to Falmouth and its Maritime Museum, St Michaels Mount or Lands End, or bring your bike and cycle The Cornish Way (part of the Sustrans Trail).

The caravan interior is in excellent condition, in neutral tones and touches of warm sand gold and sea blues. Personal touches throughout reflect a more homely environment than standard holiday caravans. Equipped with a TV, DVD/Blue-ray player and music centre; wi-fi is not available in the caravan. The caravan has a veranda with an outdoor wooden dining set, and parking.

The accommodation sleeps 4-6 persons; a double room with en suite toilet, a twin bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge. In additional there is a comfortable open plan lounge and kitchen, with a free standing table and chairs in the dining area and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All bedding and linen, towels and tea towels are provided. A travel cot and Ikea high chair are available on request at no extra charge.

The caravan is double glazed, with gas central heating in all rooms and an additional gas fire in the lounge. There is no extra charge for gas, electricity or hot water.

This is a non-smoking caravan. Up to 2 dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £30 per week.
