Diabetes Essentials

The Diabetes Essentials package provides a variety of half day specially designed education sessions for people with diabetes. It aims to provide encouragement, support and information to help you manage your condition.
There are specific sessions for people with Type 1 diabetes, people with Type 2 diabetes and people with Borderline Diabetes, as well as sessions for those who develop early signs of diabetes complications.
Organised and run by the Countess of Chester Hospital
