Devon holiday cottage - seagulls

Seagulls Cottage is a 1 bedroom cottage located on Stoneleigh Holiday Park at Weston, Devon. Weston is situated right in the heart of the Jurassic Coast just 2 miles outside of the Regency seaside town of Sidmouth.

The cottage can sleep 4 people comfortably and comprises one bedroom with king size bed that can be converted to 2 singles if required, as well as a pull down full sized double bed in the living area.

The living area is spacious and comprises a large 32 inch TV with freeview box and DVD player. You will also find a selection of DVD's for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, glassware and cutlery as well as microwave, kettle, fridge and stove.

The bathroom features a large walk in shower with hand basin and toilet.

Seagulls is situated in a quiet area of the Park and has its own parking space. It is not overlooked by any other cottage and has its own lawn area with tables, seating and BBQ.

Stoneleigh is a spacious park with plenty of open spaces for children to play. There is a children's play area and a new Leisure Centre is being built which will have a gym, pool and restaurant facilities (currently due for completion Spring 2015)

The Donkey Sanctuary is right next door and this provides a wonderful spot for a lively coffee and snack, a walk through the sanctuary to make friends with the lovely donkeys and is the gateway to many wonderful walks along the headlands of Weston Beach.

One well behaved dog is welcome however please ensure you adhere to park guidelines regarding keeping your dog under control.

The cottage is fully electric and there is a meter box which takes £1 coins, so you only pay for what you use.

There is an onsite manager should you need any assistance.

Prices start from £175 per week and short breaks are calculated based on the number of nights in whichever week. Linens are included as is a clean at the end of your stay.
