If you post any questions on our Facebook wall regarding orders, products or any other general enquiries, an advisor from our customer service team will try and get back to you as soon as possible. Please bear in mind our opening hours of 8:30 am – 7:00 pm GMT Monday – Friday and 9:30 am - 4:00 pm on Saturdays.

Please remember that any information posted on our wall is publicly available and therefore should not contain any of your personal information, for example your address or telephone number.
Please be aware of the following guidelines when posting;

• Treat other fans on the page as you wish to be treated. Any posts which are classed as bullying, intimidation or harassment will be deleted.

• Posts which are a breach of confidentiality or someone’s privacy.

• Posts which include references to illegal activity and/or offensive content, such as bad language, hate speech, nudity and/or violence, will be deleted.

• Posts which breach copyright, confidentiality and defamation laws will be deleted.

• Spam, advertising and links to external sites will be removed.

• Repeat offenders of any of the above may be blocked from the page and reported to Facebook.
