I trained as a Pilates Instructor having experienced the fantastic benefits of Pilates on my own body, I decided to learn how to teach it. I have always had a lot of interest in health and fitness and was amazed to see the different side to exercise that Pilates introduces.
I am an experienced Advanced Level 3 Pilates Instructor, and have undertaken specialised training enabling me to teach Ante/Post Natal, Older Adults and Exercise Referral clients, which is valuable for the prevention and treatment of chronic conditions, such as Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Cardiovascular & Respiratory conditions, Diabetes, Obesity, Neurological & Mental Health conditions. In addition also hold a current Sports First Aid Certificate.
