Demuths Cookery School

Demuths Cookery School is based in the centre of Bath with wonderful views of Bath Abbey and Parade Gardens.

You can learn to cook creative, modern vegetable dishes with our team of tutors, including former head chefs at Demuths Restaurant, who are specialists in vegetarian and vegan food. As well as learning inspiring recipes you can also learn classic techniques like knife skills.

We can cater for specialist diets such as vegan,coeliac and lactose free.

We run Diploma courses, Day courses, Evening workshops & Supper clubs.

The school was awarded Best City Cookery School in 2012 and last year Rachel Demuth was voted Best Cookery School Tutor in the Looking To Cook Cookery School Awards.
