The labour market in the UK is an ever changing phenomenon and workers on a short or medium term employment contracts often do not have access to resources to up skill and achieve their career
ambitions. In essence, Delta Resourcing aims to develop the skills and abilities of Britain’s temporary workforce, a proportion of labour market totaling 1.1 million according to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC’s) latest annual Recruitment Industry Trends Survey (Reference: http://www.rec.uk.com/press/news/2428).
