Decote Fitness

Decote Fitness is the fantastic new sister company to Decote dance. We offer fun and affordable community fitness classes in and around North Tyneside.
Decote Fitness Classes are for children aged 2yrs (which will include the fantastic Titchy Trainers fitness fun for toddlers),Teens, and of course adult
Fun.

Classes range from Traditional classes such as Circuit Training and Pilates to Hula Hooping Fitness, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Tap Dancing, Beach Boot Camps,Yummy Mummys's dance, Blast fx and Fitskip.

We also give Nutritional advice and have an amazing Detox programme for those wanting to give their bodies a break after a holiday or big blow out!
