I’m not one of those fitness model Personal Trainers. I’m a busy Mum who knows the real-life challenges that can stand in the way of starting (or sticking to) a healthy living plan. I help busy women in Caversham, Woodley, Reading and Henley get fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier.

- To teach you how to make healthy eating part of your daily life
- To help you find every day habits that move you closer to your goals

Personal Training

- 1-2-1 or small group training around Caversham & Reading
- Mobile PT (I come to you and I bring all the kit or you are welcome to come to me if you don't feel like you have enough space)
- Local Pilates classes (drop-in and courses) in Caversham, RG4

Online Services

- Bespoke packages (diet, training, or both)

Biomechanics

- Get your body back in alignment with specialist biomechanics treatment
- Assessments, rehab, exercises you can do at home
