What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that uses the feet as a map of the whole body.

Treatment involves massaging and applying pressure to parts of the feet known as reflex areas. The different feelings experienced can be interpreted by the therapist to indicate which parts of the body are working well and which are not. Areas that have some discomfort may indicate that the corresponding part of the body is more out of balance than other areas covered. The therpaist can then address these imbalances in order to treat a wide range of disorders.
