I have been a Complementary Therapist for over 10 years and thoroughly enjoy providing treatments which soothe aching muscles, ease sports injuries & improve mobility together with helping to relax & ease the stresses of daily life.

Reflexology I have found to be a very powerful treatment, deeply relaxing and aids clear thinking. It is also very effective for a wide range of ailments including ladies with well being & gynae problems.

Aromatherapy facials promote a relaxed confident expression & radiant appearance, softening wrinkles, improving the skins suppleness & reducing puffiness around the eyes.

Ear candling is non invasive and gently effective for various ailments but particularly sinus problems. The treatment includes a facial massage to stimulate energy and drainage of the sinuses.

I pride myself on providing a friendly, relaxed, calm & confidential setting so that you feel completely at ease.
