Daniels Homes is a small independent family run business, we have no connections with large Estate Agency chains or organisations selling additional services our only aim is to sell your property for the best price in a fashion that suits your needs. We never set out to be a high volume business, preferring instead to provide a personal, quality service to buyers and sellers alike, in fact many of our clients feel more like friends which is reflected in the number of recommendations we receive.

Daniels Homes proprietor Simon Daniels started his career in Estate Agency on the Island in 1993 spending much of his career working for two of the larger Estate Agencies. In 2013, acknowledging that the internet was providing the majority of sales leads, he decided to branch out on his own, establishing Daniels Homes as an online Estate Agency.

Selling with Daniels Homes means you will be part of a small but well managed portfolio of properties, our ethos is quality not quantity. In order to best promote the properties we sell a lot of time is invested in preparing our property particulars, taking care to highlight the benefits of the homes we sell via quality photography, floorplans and accurate written descriptions. Once on the market you can expect to be kept updated through the marketing period with help and advice, we will conduct all viewings and gather feedback, negotiate all offers and liaise with solicitors once a sale has been agreed. We will be with you every step of the way to help guide and ease you through what can sometimes be a stressful time.

Our online Estate Agency advertises at Rightmove the UK’s number one property website together with our own website Daniels Homes which supports browsing on mobile phones and tablets and Wight Agents the property website from the Isle of Wight County Press. There are no upfront charges and all of our properties include, floor plans, quality photography, Google street view and regular newspaper advertising in the Isle of Wight County Press.

We charge 1% with no VAT for selling on either a sole or multiple agency basis, there are no catches and no lengthy contracts, we like to keep things simple, honest and courteous, it is our way of doing things.
